He bagged a Bachelor Degree in Insurance from University of Lagos, Akoka-Yaba over three decades ago.

He started his Insurance career as Insurance Brokers with Slof Union Insurance Brokers in 1988 as Underwriting Superintendent and later moved to Prudence Insurance Brokers and Consultants in 1990.

He left Prudence Insurance Brokers to join Hogg Robinson Nigeria Ltd in 1991 as Assistant Manager (Special Risks). While at Hogg Robinson Nigeria Ltd, he was actively involved in Contractors’ All Risks Insurances and Energy Risks.

In 1992, he was employed by the defunct Continental Merchant Bank Plc and posted to the Corporate Banking Division which consisted Insurance Agency and Stockbroking divisions. Here, he headed the Insurance Agency Division which supervised all the Insurance portfolio of the Bank and its clients.

In addition to its Insurance Job, he was trained as a Stockbroker when he was seconded to Nigerian International Securities Ltd, a subsidiary of the Bank. He sat for the qualifying examinations of the Chartered Institute of Stockbrokers and passed in 1996.

He left Nigerian International Securities in June 2000 as Acting General Manager.

In the same year, he joined C&I Insurance Brokers Ltd and was appointed to the Board as Executive Director (Clients Services).

In 2019, he was appointed as the Chairman of the company.

He is also the Executive Chairman/CEO of Linkpoint Investments Ltd.

 He is a graduate of Ambrose Alli University Ekpoma. He started his Insurance career with Perpetual Assurance Limited in 1992.

He is an Associate member of Chartered Insurance Institute of Nigeria, ACIIN, 2002. He left to join Central Insurance Company Ltd. which was later merged with Linkage Assurance in 2007.

He was Assistant Manager, Head (Reinsurance & Claims) till 2010.

He is an Associate Member of Chartered Institute of Insurance of Nigeria, as well as a full member of the Nigerian Institute of Management (Chartered).

 He later moved to Highway Insurance Brokers Ltd. in 2013 as Manager (Client Services). He joined the Board of C & I Insurance Brokers Ltd. in 2019 as the Managing Director/Chief Executive Officer.

Mr. Adegbola Oladimeji Sobogun is the General Manager (Operations) of C & I Insurance Brokers Ltd. Prior to joining the organization, he worked as a Graduate Assistant with Ahmadu Bello University Zaria (1991/92) and later with Royal Exchange Assuance Nigeria Plc / Royal Exchange General Insurance Co. Ltd (1993 – 2018), where – over the years – he assumed different leadership roles and worked in management and technical positions, with experience spanning Strategy, risk management, bancassurance, product development, underwriting and clients service. He is a result oriented person with strong leadership and interpersonal skills.

He holds a BSc (Insurance) degree (1989) and an MSc (Management) degree (2016) from the University of Lagos.

Mrs. Adebanke Ajiboye holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Banking/Finance from University of Ado-Ekiti in 2003. She proceeded for her Second degree in 2008 where she obtained her Masters degree in Financial Management from Ladoke Akintola University of Technology Ogbomosho.

She is also an Associate member of Chattered Institute of Personnel Management (ACIPM)

She started her working careers from a courier company known as Documents and Parcel Etcetera Ltd in the year 2006 as the Customer Care Executive Manager.

She also worked with Zakhem Construction Nig. Ltd in the year 2007 as an Administrative officer for about five years.

She joined C & I Insurance Brokers Ltd in 2012 as the Office Manager and later as the Assistance General Manager (Admin) and in charge of Finance in 2015.

Presently she is the Manager in charge of Compliance and Accounts of the company and also Chief Operating Officer
